Winston Bakery - Winston Salem

Despite many restaurants struggling to navigate the challenges of the pandemic, Steak and Shake seems to have found a balance between maintaining physical security measures and providing a satisfying dining experience. While there may still be some issues with long wait times and quality control, my recent visit left a positive impression. Our meal was delicious and arguably the best we've ever had at a steakhouse. I would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

I really enjoy Steak 'n Shake. The location near the shopping center in Winston Salem is convenient. However, the service is not the greatest. Even before the pandemic, I have had less than stellar experiences with the service. Most of the time it is good, but there have been a few instances where it was not. I believe improving the attitudes of the staff could greatly enhance the overall experience. As of May 1st, 2021, I must say that the coworkers at this location are the worst. The manager should be ashamed to have such incompetent employees.
