Bib's Downtown - Winston-Salem

Great food! The service was so great. I am from the west and this place really gave me the southern hospitality. The restaurant atmosphere is fun with local sports memorabilia and new surroundings. There are indoor and outdoor seats. The place was also very clean. The meat was good. I really like it. Her desert pudding looked very good.

For the first time, Bibs proved to give me reason to come back again and again! The pulled pig is absolutely delicious and smokey. Your hush puppies have a taste different from those I had before. The white claw is a perfect compliment to pulled pork. Oh, my God! I loved her fried squash! As if it wasn't enough, they grilled Texas Toast perfectly! Thank you for a delicious food, boys and girls and for a great service to fit with kindness and hospitality!

Delicious! Bib attracts a good amount, but there is plenty of space, with some tables outdoors. Recommend the bbq egg rolls. Really good, and the Hush puppies are phenomenal.

I came here (9/25/20) at 1:45 with my colleague/friend. At the entrance I looked around and noticed that tables were socially distant. On the table there is also a large hand sanitary bottle at the entrance. For this restaurant order at the counter and your food will be brought to you. It was our first time here. The lady in the register went over the menu to give suggestions what to try. Two things she suggested we finally got were the bride and ribs. My friend has the ribs with scratched green as her side. It comes with Coleslaw, hush puppies and Texas toast. I was pulled pig and brisket. My side was Pommes. I also have hush puppies and Texas toast. The Texas Toast is AMAZING!!! My friend has something to do. I can't even explain how good it was. Luckily you have two pieces! The first thing I tried was pork and it was great. My friend tried and enjoyed Too. It was well flavored. My fries were well fed and I loved them. Neither of us liked the bride. It was tasteless for us. My friend didn't like the ribs. She thought it was tasteless. I tried and thought the same. I hate bringing the race into her, but it's important and makes a difference. The cashier was white and we as an African American did not like their options. Culturally, food preferences and taste differ. The hush puppies and beans (my second page, as I don't like Coleslaw) were fine. It was nothing unusual. You have Jumbo smoked wings that we want to try next time. We saw her on a big tray. Wednesday is Wing Day, so it's $2 of chicken plates. We'll get the pig we pulled. We didn't like the bride or ribs. But again this comes from African Americans who enjoy delicious food. The cash register was nice. She came by to check us while we eat to see if we need some update: When I went home and warmed up the brisket, it wasn't so bad Not the best I had yet.

The pulled pork and brisket was tender and tasty. You can tell it's slow cooked because it's quite soft. The sauce is a bit sweet. The green beans were very good, flavorful and tasty. The Mac and cheese was a bit bland. Service was nice. $16 with tax.
