Bojangles - Winston-Salem

They literally have NOTHING. then instead of telling me that they didn't have it they decided to give me what they wanted to give me. I highly recommend driving down the road extra few minutes to actually get the food that you're paying for

Can I leave a 0 star review? I wish I got up to the monitor and was asked to wait for 5 minutes then when I placed my order they said my 3pc tender meal would be a 6 minute wait. Okay I understand it was 10:30 lunch just started. I ended up waiting 18 mins plus the 5 minutes at the monitor for A 3PIECE TENDER!!!! I even had to go in and get my food ! Not to mention their sanitation grade is HORRIBLE. My food was still cold ! They are lucky I was already late bc I deserved a refund ! 0/10 recommended !

Easily the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. We went inside, and our orders were just... forgotten about. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, and no one was in front of us. The sanitation rating is 87.5, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I'd eaten already. Avoid at all costs

I give one star only because one girl was working as hard as she could. But for the rest of the staff it was unbelievably bad. Waited 30+ While some coming in after us getting there food. Two coming in from drive through trying to get there orders . But the craziest was while all this was going on a mom while working had her two kids staying in the dining area pouring drinks over the tables while mom kept yelling back at them time and time again. Dining tables were sticky and nasty. Hate to say it but this Bojangles/ daycare should be closed. We finally had to get our money back. No food

This place is completely unacceptable. How did it receive a score of 88? I placed an order today and when I went to pay, the score was even worse than it was in June and July earlier this year. If it weren't for the other people in the car, I would have left immediately. The restaurant was understaffed and it took 10 to 14 minutes to receive our food, which was not fresh after such a long wait. I know some people who have given good reviews, but my experience was terrible. Even without past bad experiences with the staff, they gave us dirty looks when we placed our order at the drive-thru, only to have to go inside to have everything we ordered reheated. This is the worst restaurant in the area. Please, just sell it.
