Brothers Pizzeria - Winston-Salem

Delicious find in downtown Winston-Salem! Just a quick walk from several hotels?and well worth the walk even with tropical storm conditions! Loved everything about my calzone? dough had a nice ?chew? but not tough or too crunchy, great balance of cheese and toppings (I chose mushrooms, onions, and a pepper blend), and a fantastic side of marinara! This meal made me happy!

Burnt crust. Bland sauce. Jaw sore after having to chew the overcooked crust. 45 bucks for one large one medium. Maybe the other food is good. But Ive had frozen pizza that's was better. Not a fan.

Was in town for Gears and Guitars, and the kids and I went looking for a quick, inexpensive bite to eat. This place was unassuming from the street, but it was a great choice to stop. We all had hot subs and garlic knots, and it was delicious. The staff were so nice! Definitely will stop back when I?m in town again.

The service and staff are good. But the actual pizza and flavors are not impressive, FOR THE PRICE. If this was cheaper it would be a better review. However its physically a good presentation but the real flavor is non existing. It definitely needs lots of parmesian and red pepper. Just saying.

Pizza was excellent wanted to take a pic but it was too late we ate the whole thing to fast. Ordered a medium pepperoni. The crust was great, stretched as you order it, crust had the perfect amount of dark bubbles and sauce was good as well. Definitely stop here and try them out. If I go back soon I'll post pics.
