Kernol's Donuts - Winston-Salem

My husband and I went here after getting some not so great health news. We wanted some maple bacon doughnuts, they didn't have any but the sweet lady who owns it asked if we'd like her to make us some. Not only did she make them just for us she also wentabove and beyond with service. We shared with her what we had going on and she prayed with us and just lifed our spirits. Also,delicious bubble tea. Love getting doughnuts from here.

The staff is very friendly, but I've visited this place multiple times during the day only to find that they're out of stock on various items. It seems like they don't plan adequately for their open hours. They really should have a sufficient supply of donuts, including filled ones, available until closing. In comparison, In-Townz Donuts on Jonestown Road is far better. At any hour of the day, you can always find the donuts you want there.

The donut holes are incredibly delicious. They are always fresh and never hard or stale. The cinnamon rolls are just as impressive, and the availability of three different varieties to choose from is a fantastic bonus.

I never expected to find kolaches in Arcadia. The kolaches here are among the best you can get, comparable to those in Texas, and the variety of donuts, bear claws, and fritters are just like those from Christy's in Houston.

The donuts are moist and tender. I truly loved the cinnamon rolls; they are honestly among the best I've ever had. I've even taken a detour just to get one when I'm in the area.
