Wow, sticker shock on a dozen sorting doughnut is in nm! I just went to a nm krispy kreme place 5 days ago after the first challenge to check if this krispy kreme shop had the well sought very popular glazed chocolate cake doughnut on store. no leiche at the krispy kreme location would answer the phone that I was immediately forwarded to a voicemail system instead of true customer service on the phone. I decided to continue driving them there to buy on this one only specific doughnut flavor that I eat, will be from krispy kreme as for years to last time as for this krispy kreme location as well as the other nm sites no longer make or sell the glazed chocolate cake doughnut’s that a total bummer for those of us who really enjoyed cake went to krispy. when I went on, there was no other customer in this nm krispy kreme location. therefore there is no real excuse or reason not to answer customers phone calls like mine! While I was here, I bought a dozen sorts of doughnuts for my mother, vater young nephew on her request without being worn or sold glazed chocolate cake donuts. when the imperial called me for them, my sum came to over $17.00 for just a dozen variety doughnuts. the last time my family bought a dozen krispy kreme doughnuts, they cost at or around $12 to $13. therefore I am completely finished with the support of krispy kreme doughnuts will boycott them by the new high sticker shock as well as, no longer in the position to find or buy my only favorite krispy kreme doughnut I have bought for years, from them the glazed chocolate cake donut, which seems to be completely broken off, no longer made or no longer sold in nmpy at kpy
Fenton, mo. what a terrible experience. on the 11th february I ordered the valentinsspecial for my grandchildren. take the 13th. I'll wait in twenty-five minutes, just to say they don't have one. because of the sale by the day. I'm sorry I shouldn't order before. they are ordered and paid. they tell me to come back the next day at thirty. they will have them plus a refund. the next day they tell me they don't have a command for someone who has my name. go to the window they ask for twenty-six plus dollars. I say no, they ask again what they have ordered. I'll tell them. they come back and push me a regular box from the window, no cake. I ask where is my valentinsbox. we are from them. when I opened the box that was the pitiful looking donuts. very sloppy decoration. nothing they showed. check their website. they still take orders for them. also they have charged my account. I realize it's happening. I don't understand if you're doing the load in what the problem is. can not support, not promote and promote it.
I visited Krispy Kreme a few weeks ago and had a negative experience with a rude phone order taker during my car trip. Despite this, I picked up my donuts and left. Today, I placed an order for 6 donuts - 4 glazed and 2 filled with cream. However, when I arrived home, I discovered that I had been given 4 glazed donuts and 2 chocolate-filled donuts instead. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the manager about the error, but received no apology or offer to correct the mistake. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so there was no excuse for the mix-up. How do you mess up a simple 6 donut order with only 2 types of donuts? I will definitely not be returning to this location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This place is terrible!
I grew up with Krispy Kreme donuts. The best part are the hot glazed. Only company tht serves them hot. Nothing like them. They are the bestWent to get a dozen today and found out corporate won't let them serve hot donuts all-day. They only serve hot at certain times now. Very disappointed.I drive 45 minutes one way to get hot glazed donuts.Guess I won't be going to Krispy Kreme anymore. I can get hard, cold donuts anywhere. What a shame. They branched out to other states and they weren't hot. Those businesses didn't do well at allGood bye to a one of a kind donut shop. ?Way to go Corporate America!
