I would not recommend ordering from this place via the phone. I have set up an order for 6 hot wings and the manager (he said he was) never called my order to live. I offered to come in and get the wings to make it easier for the driver and he said I would get my order in 40 minutes. I called for the second time to check my order and still never received the order. then I went to domino and received my food without standing or hesitation. 0/10 recommend.

Not friendly. I come to this place because the one on the Clemmonsville-Hid is terrible. about the years this place is like clemmonsville rd. the girl or the lady who works the cash is not kind at all. she has the most beautiful job. no customer service capabilities at all. please rent them more friendly people. it's bad if I have to be confronted with this kind of behavior and you have to do with my food. only one person who works here greets them, all the others?

I don't know who was answering the phone tonight....but they really shouldn't be allowed a job in customer service! Apparently taking an order for a cheese and tomato pizza was too complex based on the giant sighs I got everytime I spoke. I ended up telling them I'd take my business elsewhere because they clearly felt like my calling them was an inconvenience. This was my first time ordering from Papa John's. I thought I'd give them a try but I'll be sticking with Dominos. At least the staff there have always been nice whereas this dude was just rude for no reason!
