Silo Bistro - Winston-Salem

What a delightful discovery! Located right in front of the Wake Forest Campus, this spacious bistro and bar is a true hidden gem. The ambiance features great music, an enticing drink menu, and a delicious selection of outstanding dishes. I particularly enjoyed the classic rock tunes, which perfectly complement the relaxed vibe of the place. Will, the owner, goes the extra mile to ensure that Silo is run with high standards, and this commitment is reflected in the impressive efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The prices are reasonable, and they offer special menu items that vary by weekday. It's definitely worth a visit!

That was my second visit and our meals were as good as the first. In spring we ate on the pleasant terrace and it was great to eat outside without traffic noise. The restaurant is in converted milk bar. The sandwiches were big and came with one side or soup. I had French dip beef with Pesto Mayo and heap of chips. Service was fast and friendly.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The seating is lovely, situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Winston-Salem. The food is divine, and the service is excellent as well. It’s even better when you have great company to enjoy lunch with. I highly recommend this place for those beautiful days when you can spare a bit more time for your meal.

I really love the stylish interior of this place, and the outdoor seating area is just gorgeous! They offer a fantastic selection of sandwiches, making it a perfect spot for lunch. The service is excellent as well. You can't go wrong with dinner at the Silo!

Came here for lunch with co-workers. The food was just Ok. I got the chicken salad on a croissant. I have had better chicken salad. There was confusion in the kitchen. They got a member of our party's food wrong twice. Everyone else enjoyed their food. The party I was with said the food had been better when they dined there before. The inside decor was filthy just old. The place was busy so people seem to like it. I personally won't be in a hurry to go back.
