Feedback gevenI give 5 stars for customer service! Every employee I've come into contact with has been friendly and supportive. Even during busy times when they are overwhelmed, they consistently remain kind and helpful. I really appreciate that!
The service at fast food restaurants has been declining for a while, and this place was no exception. I had stopped visiting due to that issue. However, today I decided to give it another chance since they’ve renovated the entire restaurant. It looks much more modern and inviting now. To my surprise, the customer service had also improved significantly. The staff was friendlier and served customers more quickly than I had experienced in my previous visits. The food was hot and fresh, and the Big Bacon Classic did not disappoint. It comes in single, double, or triple sizes; I found the double to be quite filling. The drink machine offers a wide variety of options, and I appreciate that there are many diet choices available, not just a plain Diet Coke. I hope they maintain this level of friendly and efficient service because no matter how good the food is, that can really affect customers’ decisions to return.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. There was a significant delay in getting our orders, and out of five, three were incorrect when they finally arrived.
The apple herbal salad is one of my favorite dishes there, along with the spicy chicken sandwich. However, during my recent visit to the drive-thru, I was directed to a parking area where I had to wait, even though there were no other customers in line. Additionally, when I entered the restaurant, I noticed that the beverage machine appeared neglected and sticky, likely due to frequent use and a lack of cleanliness.
While the wait is slower than at other places, it doesn't frustrate me as much as it seems to frustrate others. My main concern is with the staff's competence. I don't want to come off as rude, and I understand that mistakes happen—we're all human, after all. However, every time I visit this Wendy's, there seems to be a problem with my order. I shouldn’t have to feel like a politician trying to ensure I receive the right food. By the way, I affectionately refer to the parking area where we all look for our bags as "Herman." I know I could go to another location, but I really shouldn’t have to.
