Employee was very rude when I ordered. The employee who gave me my order was much Friendlier. Called 10 times trying to order a pizza. So I figured they were very busy. Nope standing around with thier thumbs up thier butt. So I ordered at the counter. Sat down and watched them as I called like I was going to order,they ignored the phone ringing I couldn't beleave it!! I was like wow you could clearly here it ring threw out the parlor. Lazy pure lazy service. This was Friday night at 7pm. And they were not busy at all. Very disappointed. Food: 4

The service was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and they even offer gluten-free pizza. It's a wonderful spot to gather with friends. I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 rating.

The customer service was extremely poor, with the staff being rude and accusing me of mistreating them when all I was doing was being polite. The server definitely needs more training or a different job. The pizza was also very disappointing, with the cheese pizza and cinapops tasting like cardboard. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. The owners should be held accountable for the low quality of food and service. Overall, the food was terrible.

I remember Abby's pizza from the 1970s when they had really delicious pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza doesn't taste as good as it used to. In my opinion, the service is quick and efficient. This is a good place for take-out dinners, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food is rated a 4 out of 5, service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. I recommend trying their garlic knots.
