Applebee's Grill - Winter Haven

The service was excellent, but I wasn’t too fond of the food. Overall, it was decent.

I've been in this Applebee twice since I moved to Winter Haven and it's probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Both times we waited 20-30 minutes past our pickup window for food and every time at least one item is missing. And his not like a side or diving sauce, it's a whole duck. I went back to tell them and he first person pretended I was the biggest load, second girl was super nice and apologetic about it. I will not even come to the part where we had ordered the desert and forgot the ice, among other things, and told my friend that all their ice cream was melted so that he did not get. Save your money and your time, don't come here.

Shawna was an excellent server. She was very attentive, polite and sweet. She made my daughter feel very special and was very patient with us while we were deciding what to order. She helped us choose the perfect entree. Thanks so much Shawna!

Don?t ever order to go/ curbside pickup/ DoorDash etc. They literally don?t care about to go orders! I ordered a three cheese penne and it just taste like pasta and chopped up old chicken see picture for comparison). They didn?t even bother to give me the breadstick that comes with it. The whole thing was disgusting. I?ve had it in the restaurant, and it?s always nice and fresh with strips of chicken. Stop cutting up the darn chicken, make sure there?s enough cheese sauce on the pasta, and the breadstick need to come with the meal.

I love Applebee's, and the friendliness of the staff. The waitress JadaImani G was very sweet and very humble. She surprised my husband and I with dessert. That was very heartwarming. She left us smiling. ??
