Moe's Southwest Grill - Winter Haven

The staff at this Moe's is impressive, consistently doing an excellent job despite the extreme heat they have to endure while working. After we finished dinner today, we stepped outside and found it was actually cooler outside than inside. My weather app indicated it was 86 degrees outside, so I can't even imagine how hot it must be for them standing over the hot grills and plates. Even though the heat is a constant issue—having visited around ten times now—it's never really been a problem for us.

The staff were incredibly friendly and fantastic. The food was freshly prepared and it was hot when I arrived to pick it up.

This restaurant feels like an overpriced version of Chipotle. The food is decent, but $30 for just one bowl and one burrito—without a drink—seems excessive. There are plenty of other great lunch spots within walking distance that offer better food at more reasonable prices.

I ordered mine before the time. I didn't eat all day because I was busy and wanted a quick meal. I just came to find out they didn't even start on my order because they were from Steak. The guy then told me that it was too late to cook a steak for my order, even though it turned it over only by 2 minutes over her next time. I think Imma goes to another moe if that's too much of an effort to complete my order.

This place used to be good but it Sucked now,Lettuce sometimes Not freshly green,they don't give you enough chips with your entree, they're acting very cheap with the food but wants to charge you an arm and Leg for almost nothing once you analizing , they're not patient in giving you time to make your choices..take your money to Golden coral then you'll be glad you avoided this Place
