Feedback gevenPIGGING OUT!!! I placed an order today for a turkey sandwich NO BACON. I had already ordered my smoothie through the TS App. After receiving my order, I asked for my receipt which the cashier had just laid on the counter. I told her that I do Fetch so I wanted my receipt. After leaving the store, I discovered I had more bacon on my sandwich than turkey. I turned around and went back to Your store. When I got inside, I told the young lady to just give my money back because I needed to be at an appointment and I didn’t have time to wait. She told me she could not give me a refund without a receipt. Clearly, I just left five minutes ago. There was a sticker on my sandwich that said no bacon . I looked through the garbage can in the store looking for my receipt (by this time I’m running late). I could not put my hand on my receipt at the moment which later I discovered my receipt was in my pocket. I gave the cashier the receipt and asked for a refund (louder). She still refused to give a refund because the manager had left the building. I was very upset and hungry. However after about 10 more minutes, The cashier decided to give my money back (reverse charge to debit card) and told me that it will show up on my card in about 3 to 4 days. I left your store VERY UPSET. Clearly, I did not steal the sandwich. It still had the sticker on it. Customer service for today is rated a one. Sandwich is rated a one.Parking: Parking was just OK
