Feedback gevenWe had a really good visit. I just wish they had a print out of theirs. no ice in the ice-skating. I understand. you have to get it from the recipe. a bag, but nothing to put it in. meals are free, but they can't just pick it up and take it in their room. the meal was good. hubby couldn't eat his fish. allergic. no other choice. no tassen in the room. the rooms were great. zimmery. comfy. the beds were comfortable. the personal is great. much hot water. beautiful garden area. quieter than expected. beautiful lights.
That was inevitable the worst motel in which I have ever stayed, no coffee makers, hair dryers, ice machine on both floors, not even a phone in the room(room)
It was decent. the bed was quite resilient, I found a hahn, the floor was super dirty, but they had a pool and in the first floor I never heard the television from the room next door or the children cry or something.
Stayed here for the weekend during work, general experience was not so good. our TV has switched off automatically. the card reader at our door went dead in the first night, and caught all the night that I informed the nice receptionist jennifer. she was very helpful, tried to reprogramm our key reader and when that didn't work, she called the maintenance of the host to fix the problem. the next night it was dead again. all night again. for my stay I don't give an evaluation. jennifer and cece were very friendly and helpful. for jennifer and cece I appreciate a total of 3 stars. Thank you, ladys.
I wrote a long review the day I got there. I added a star because of the meals that were served.I would have added a 5th star but some of the rules are frustrating.I understand them but it hard to take them all in when you first get there.It would have been so much easier if a few simple things would have been done.The hotel is really nice for its age and location.Very clean. No bugs. Lots of space. Very comfortable.The rules were frustrating even though I understand why.I can handle not having coffee pots for tea and coffee in the rooms but there should be a few plastic covered cups.It would have been helpful to have the rules written out and handed to us.I disagree with having to pay for take out containers. We wanted to take our dinners to our rooms.I didn't think to bring money with me to pay for them.Too hot and tired to go back up the stairs to my room and get it.How hard would it be to put a sign on the ice machine saying there was ice at the desk?Cover up the ice signs or take them down.Having to pay to tea was frustrating .The meals were good.The service was good.Please make a few simple changes.
