Feedback gevenI went to the restaurant and checked the food I ordered to see if it was in the bag. I didn't expect to have to inspect each item to make sure it wasn't rock-hard or burnt! It ended up being a waste of my time and gas! I also tried calling to let them know about the issue, but they just picked up and hung up on me without saying anything!
I was disappointed by the cleanliness of this restaurant, including the bathrooms, floors, tables, and drink counters. I've never encountered such a dirty Burger King before! I won't be returning anytime soon. On a positive note, the food was freshly cooked, although I did have to wait a little while for it.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order while in the parking lot and clicked "I am here" to have my food ready through the drive-thru. I also ordered something inside, but I ended up waiting for a total of 41 minutes! Other customers were being served, while I was left without my food. When I asked for a refund, they refused because I had placed an online order. After all that waiting, they ended up giving me the wrong order. I confronted the staff about it, and they admitted it was incorrect. They didn't even offer a customer satisfaction dessert, which is typically standard. This experience definitely deserves only 1 star, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. To top it off, I ended up with cold fries after such a long wait, which was entirely expected at this point. Overall, I'd recommend going to any other Burger King to avoid this frustrating experience. This incident occurred on March 29, 2019, at 9:15 PM.
My son and I went through the drive-thru and he wanted to order a **** with his food, but it was said that the machine was down. We got our order and decided that we would eat instead, so let's go in to find that the slurry machine in the beverage sector just worked well. It's sad that they don't just get their drink out of the lobby instead of telling us it doesn't work. When we sat and ate our food, we saw that one of the employees changed a syrup box from the soda machine and completely ignored how dirty the outside of the machine was. I waited to see if she would come back to clean it, but she never did. This situation was very disappointing.
Just leaving Burger King without food. We pulled up and thought it was closed because there were hardly any cars and no cars in the drive through. We can tell you why. We pulled up and kept trying get someone?s attention. No answer. We pulled up to the windows and we couldn?t see ANYONE behind the counter but the window was open and we could see one customer so we knew it was opened!! Finally someone showed up at the window and rudely asked what we wanted. We explained that no one answered at the monitor. She said ?my headphone must have not been charged?. No apology and then she proceeded to tell us we needed to pull around again to order!! What?! We can?t just order at the window now. Needless to say we left!
