P.f. Chang's Winter Park

Absolutely dreadful service! The restaurant was almost empty, yet we were made to feel like we were bothering them by asking for a reserved table. The waiter messed up our order twice, and I had to remind him to bring us straws and our food.

We applied for our reservation in time. the hostess was extremely rude. she said she had not seen the reservation in her system. When I showed her the OpenTable confirmation, she said it's gonna wait a 25 minute. then the kitchen said is secured for an hour. no excuse, no smile. a few minutes later she seemed to be satisfied that we decided to go.

After a film. our server was great. eating was very pleasant. we had no complaints and we will visit this restaurant again.

My recent visit was incredibly disappointing. The food was not up to par, and the long wait time for our meals was just ridiculous! The only positive aspect of the experience was Justin, the manager, who was doing his best. It's clear that they are severely understaffed, especially in the kitchen, which seems to be a common issue among many restaurants these days. Perhaps they need to hire more people? Another major issue was that the “To Go” orders were given the same priority as dine-in customers, leading to a huge backlog when 70% of the orders were for takeout. There has to be a better system in place. We were really frustrated because we love P.F. Chang's, but we can't continue to wait so long for a meal and experience mediocre service. Again, while the manager was great, that wasn't enough to salvage the experience.

Very disappointed that they were out of the advertised special during lunchtime-we went there specifically for that dish. We had to ask someone else to find our server for our check-she wouldn’t make eye contact so we could flag her down.
