If the waiting service wasn’t so bad this place would be great. Toward the end of our meal, Our server word for word said “Are you guys going to be coming back or just visiting? Because you are lucky we are allowing you to have a party of 12, we usually don’t allow it when we are busy” like we should be grateful they allowed us to eat and drink at their establishment. she was too busy to just respect paying customers and at that we spent about $500 in their establishment. When she brought back our cards for payment she threw all the cards/checks in one spot on the table with two pens and said “ I’m too busy to give these cards/checks back to each of you, here’s two pens figure it out yourselves”since we split the bill and made it more difficult for the poor waitress to close us out. I will be refuting my charges (added gratuity) at this disgrace of customer service at an establishment.

First time here! Will Def be back! Was our fav place to eat. Beer cheese soup is amazing, pretzel is so soft and delightful, burgers on point, grilled cheese was a huge hit Brownie sundae topped off a huge win for our family!!! Randi's was recommended by our lodge and we were so happy with it! At 6pm on a Friday the hostess was busy but took names and kept everything running; we got a table exactly when they said we would. Food was great for kids and adults; servers are excellent! Chicken potpie is AMAZING!!! Food: 5 Service: 5
