I have given three chances to this chipotle and all of them were deficient. 1st they don?t know how to prepare it (portions are very poor), theycharged me bc I ordered sour cream and spice sauce on the side. Last time I order a quesadilla and they deny my request becausethe toaster machine was one the other side. As you can see in the picture, the meat and beans portions are very poor than youcan only see rice and chicken it?s not always well done. Last thing, the customer service it?s not the best, one of the workerswas sitting with her friend while she was on her shift.
I was excited about this new chipotle, but after a three-time visit, I probably not gonna visit anymore, here is my experience: 1. Around 9 pm 50% side is gone, which is understandable, but I ate some straw ish stuff from the chicken. 2. Myonline order came with chicken, black beans only, even I ordered a lot sides. 3. I visit in store again, and there are 8+ peoplein the kitchen, some of them seems in training, but nobody serving the food. 3 people in line end up waited more than 15 minutesto started order.

The workers always seem to be working hard and are friendly when I go. But the management of the restaurant doesn't seem to have it together. They are constantly out of dressing, there have been a few other items they were out of in the past, theemployees didn't seem trained when they first opened and had pretty long waits with just a couple people in line. I'll givethem another chance but they got to have the few basic ingredients they operate with in stock. There is also no way to call thestore ahead of time and find out if they are out of any ingredients. It's just an automated system that doesn't let you talk toanyone.
