Cd's Grill - Winterville

This is hands down my favorite breakfast place. I call in my order otw to work and it’s always ready for me when I get there. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. I love this place, now all my employees love it too because I bring them breakfast as well.

This place is a gem if you love good old-fashioned country cooking. I go in with a group of work friends at least once a week, and CD's has got something for all of us. Just want a burger or hots dogs? Check. Country food like hamburger steak-n-gravy, pork chops, chicken pastry, etc.? Check. Nice salad bar with about 20ish items? Check. Fantastic breakfast too. My personal favorite...a cheese biscuit with smoke sausage added. I call about 5 minutes before I get there, and they have it waiting for me. On a Saturday morning if I'm not as rushed for time, I'll take the family and my boys will get pancakes and one will get a grilled cheese sandwich. The wife and I will go for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit (gooey and cheesy and a side of the potatoes or grits. My goodness! So Good! You'll thank me later. :

This is a gem of a place! Excellent food and service. Great prices in a warm atmosphere.
