Jersey Mike's Subs - Winterwarm

Ordered sandwiches online. Order was not ready until much later than the promised time. Sandwiches were not fully cut. Also, requested oil and vinegar on the side, but there was none in the bag.

They forgot my bacon for my three giant sandwiches.

The people working are always super nice and helpful. By nature, the food is hard to mess up, and they never do!

Everyone was helpful and polite and the food was tasty.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and they make it on a dedicated counter away from the regular bread.

Of course they made an outstanding sandwich. I also saw some really good customer service. There’s a gentleman there named Mike. And he most definitely has awesome leadership qualities. I hope that man gets a promotion and a raise soon. But to see how calmly he addressed the customer that was behind me. She had a lot of food concerns, and he was really considerate about them. He was able to tell jokes and keep everyone entertained while he was Cleaning the counter, and doing all the tasks of making sure that her food wasn’t contaminated by whatever she was worried about. Just really good. Customer service really good direction really good management. A great team on a Friday.
