Golden Palace - WIRRAL

We ordered the royal Banquet for two people for take away last night. We were so impressed by the service of a lovely man who helped us whilst we had hold of an old menu. The food was gorgeous! And it was definitely definitely worth the price it was enough for us to have across two nights and we eat quite a lot . I have always loved this take away I am yet to have a bad experience here after coming every so often for about 5 years . 10/10!

The food at Golden Palace is amazing. I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. Most people are honest with their reviews, but I now take the negative ones with a grain of salt. This takeaway serves high-quality food that rivals restaurant dishes. The crispy beef and hot and sour soup are delicious, as well as the crispy lamb. Remember, there are always two sides to a story. The staff is polite and efficient, but they won't hesitate to give rude customers a taste of their own medicine. With over 20 years of experience, they know what they're doing. The customer isn't always right!

Been going here for years and the family that own it are always pleasant and welcoming, my son will only eat the curry fish on here and he’s not normally fussy. Very prompt and the order is normally on time, highly recommend the starter combos

I have been a customer of this takeaway for many years, and while it used to be consistently good, I have noticed a decline in quality and service recently, especially on the weekends. There are 4 different people who work at the front of the house, including 2 pleasant young men, a cheerful young lady, and a rude and grumpy woman who seems to not enjoy her job. Her negative attitude has affected my experience multiple times, and I believe she may discourage others from returning. It seems like a family-run business, so it may be difficult to address this issue. I would advise avoiding Saturday nights based on my experience on August 4, 2018. The food also seems to taste better during the week, though it could be psychological.

One of the best takeaways in the Wirral their sweet and sour chicken is awesome, the chicken comes in batter tastes great, the service is excellent nothing to much trouble, we eat every week from here,
