Popeyes 2 - WIRRAL

I got home and opened my doner meat and it had a hair in it Then from what I know doner meat should not be crunchy. not a fan. Food was not nice

Had a pizza from here. Cooked to perfection! Best pizza I have had in years!!! Staff where very good too. Friendly and professional. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Well done guys keep.up the good work.

What a disgrace! Ordered for the third time today and decided not to put up with the cold food. Our first order was great, warm, on time exactly what we paid for. Today, like last time we ordered, our food was cold and decided to complain. They offered to bring hot food but due to one item still being warm, only offered to bring the other items. He didn 't realise that we had to wait 1.5 hours to get our food in the first place, so we thought by the time we get our 'hot ' food the other item would then be cold!! The chap said we were the 'only people to complain ever ' but looking at his reviews we certainly are not. He couldn 't have cared less when we asked for a refund and offered to give his food back to him. So £24 very badly spent. Make your own mind up on whether you think this chap is decent enough to correct his mistakes.

Went to this for a late night kebab for me and my partner , to popeyes 2 which we do go on occasions. Despite just being myself in there they got the order wrong when first chap took the order for a large doner kebab and chips and plain burger and chips and started cooking such. He then started cleaning and then was chatting to second chap who took over the order... Who then served up two different dishes ;one with cheese on which was not ordered and my partner adverse to dairy products. When i pointed out they were giving me the wrong things on both meals , made me feel as though it was my fault and they were arrogant . To top it they then charged me the wrong amount.. Always more in these cases. Never under... And with all the faffing about when we came to eat the meal it had cooled down from being switched about. Humm there are others i think i will try from now on .

Great been going there for years same staff great food and all ways helpfull with the menu
