Riviera - WIRRAL

Posillipo Faversham Kent. Twelve of us went to Posillipo for birthday celebrations. The restaurant was extrmeley busy with a great atmosphere. The staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble for them. I had taken balloons and cakes down during the day, the balloons were on the table when we arrvied and they brought the cakes out later. The food was delicious aall brought out at the same time, all fresh and hot and good value for money. Will definately recommend to friends.

Quality of the food was really excellent but restuarant was a bit quiet as we were the only diners on this particular night. However this did not bother us and the excellent service and complimentary champagne helped make it an enjoable evening. Canapes were really good.Have already booked to go back.

6 of us had lunch at Posillipo Faversham yesterday. It was quiet so we had excellent service. Their house wine is very reasonably priced and comes in litre jugs. We had the white and it was lovely and light. We had a selection of starters which they made into mains. I had the mussels which are very good. My husband had a pizza which he liked but didn't think it was the best. The others had lovely looking salads. This is a beautiful place for lunch and very friendly and efficient service

6 of us ate at Posillipo, Faversham last Saturday. lovely meal as usual. I had not tried their mussels before. They were excellent. The sea bass with king prawns was lovely and a good portion of fish. The bill was £20 over- fortunately I noticed!

We visited Posillipo in Faversham last night. It was a warm evening and the doors were open and some diners were outside We were greeted very warmly. It was a lovely setting for dinner. We started with their very generous calamari and followed that with seafood rissotto which was delicious and might overtake linguine Posillipo as my favourite main course! We shared a chocolate profiterole pudding. Another lovely meal!
