Steak On Sea - WIRRAL

During our stay at the hotel, we dined at this restaurant. The breakfast options were fantastic, ranging from cereals and pastries to a full English breakfast. We also had dinner there on our first night. The starters of mussels and bruschetta were delicious. However, the main courses could use some improvement. My pork belly was overly salty, and my partner found that the Thai green curry had an unexpected flavor that didn't quite complement the dish. Despite this, the staff were excellent, and the restaurant offers a lovely setting for dinner with beautiful sea views.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal with a bottle of wine at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We had to wait a bit for our food, but we had no plans to go elsewhere so it wasn't a problem for us. Some people at other tables complained and demanded a discount, but we were on vacation so we didn't mind taking our time.

It was a wet, windy oh so miserably night in Brighton. We came to eat, not expecting anything very much. WRONG!! We understand that the chefs are Chris and Lee, so talented. Our food was inventive and totally delicious. A brilliant dining experience. Thank you.

I always make sure to order the fish and chips when I dine at the Wardroom, and their breakfasts are also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely meal here. Soup was delicious as was main course. Well cooked and presented food. My only complaints was that I realised afterwards I’d been charged full dessert price even though I only had wanted one scoop of ice cream. Would eat here again.
