We stayed there in the autumn of 2022 and deliberately chose this hotel as they offer special things for pregnant women. We couldn't find it on site. Zb was the dinner menu unfortunately not edible for pregnant women and I was offered as the most important vintage alternative, a sausage or cheese plate, of which I can not eat a bit. There must have been a smoke break during facial treatment. It smells very unpleasant when the mask was washed off. I've never got the welcome drink. We tried to clarify things on site, the staff was probably overwhelmed with it. During the later exchange of letters, I was told that I was completely wrong and that it was not and that the contact was broken off from the hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel in any case.

At the end of October we were in a very nice hotel in a great location, although many things had to be modernized. The wellness area is very appealing, the lady who performs the applications is very competent, professional and friendly, big plus! Although we had booked the performance of pure culture for 2 people, there was only one ticket, because regulation was tried, unfortunately unsuccessful. In the restaurant breakfast was the staff Lenka! also very friendly, choice was there, everything tasted, except the thin coffee that wasn't better off the machine. Our stay was distorted as we were rented in the hotel room. The hotel called the police who made statements by us and the other victims. Our great disappointment is that until now, apart from the police, the hotel has shown no reaction, no apology, no brief written explanation, no post in the afterlife, no misery at departure, as if nothing had been! An email to the management 2 weeks after our departure remained without reply. Due to the inability of hotel management, our really pleasant stay does not remain as positive as it could be a pity!
