China One - Wishaw

Now 2 1/2 hours since order, twice iv called and been told it won’t be long food is great but this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing food the lassie at front could be a bit nicer and she needs to stop speaking about her business in front of customers but apart from that food is amazing honestly best take in wishaw

We ordered a meal for delivery on a Monday night. The food came in decent time. However the delivery driver was very rude, didn’t have any change and threatened to take the food back if we did not find the £1 he needed because he had no change on him. This was not our fault and we did not appreciate how he spoke to us. Food was good but not happy with the people skills of the driver.

I ordered food from this place this evening 18 October 2019 waited 1 hour and 30 mins and then rang to complain about the wait. No apology just told don’t call here again and hung up disgraceful!

Food is fabulous from this Chinese but ohhhh my the attitude of the female this evening on the front desk taking orders, when I called my order in I wasn't even sure if I'd called the correct number because her attitude on the fone was hi, u want (order repeated) then telephone hung up. She spoke to ppl on the telephone with no customer service and her attitude towards the delivery driver was totally appalling which included raising her voice and degrading him in front shop with other customers present. Don't think I'll b visiting here again, this isn't the first time she has had an attitude like this when I've been in the shop but I gave her the benefit of the doubt first time u know bad day and all that. I would b very surprised if I use this Chinese again because of this. Totally off-putting
