Costa Coffee - Witham

Costa coffee in Witham at the Grove centre is my bolt hole when I need a few minutes away from shopping. Lovely coffee and delicious other drinks, tasty food and nice staff.

Very nice coffee shop with friendly staff. Not too expensive and affordable. Great coffee and the hot chocolate is out of the world. Its a nice size store with plenty of space in there. The cakes and food are lovely . Love the millionaire shortbread myself . Will definitely be going back in there again.

Service is always great here, staff are really friendly and i believe I see the owner in the store all the time and she is lovely.

Dirty cutlery and stale cake, also need to brush up in Thier cross contamination with serving food, mentioned it too senior member of staff who didn't seem to grasp what I was telling him, just kept saying all products are labelled, placed all 3 cakes on one plate, no big deal too most people but if you have an allergy to certain ingredients this is a big no no,

Cheese and Tomato Toastie was more like a Tomato Pizza Sauce inside, it was very very disappointing, no fresh vegetable in it at all. Very quiet in here to be honest but tables were still left untidy and unclean no need for it to be like this really. We have eaten in here before and doesn't really change, pretty much same ol' same ol'.
