On The Corner - Wivenhoe

Everytime we came here we had such a terrific time. The food is excellent and the atmosphere always lovely. Sad to see it close down but really happy we got to eat here one last time this week : Wish the owners good luck in their new adventures in the US.

Have lived in Wivenhoe for 18 mths now. Can't believe it has taken so long to come for a meal. The welcome Service was excellent. The food was 100%. Compliments to the Chef. The wine was top quality. An excellent Ale selection to my partners liking. We will certainly be returning frequently. Thanks for a lovely evening x

The best restaurant in Wivenhoe! Great selection of imported beers, wines, ciders, spirits cocktails! Ancho chilli beef tacos are absolutely to die for. The owners Lisa Nigel are super friendly.

Best food and cocktails in the region in my opinion, fantastically friendly and caring owners, I will never forget these guys opened early for us one night so we could fill up on their delicious tapas before a gig. The waiting staff are also a joy. Street tacos of all varieties come especially highly recommended. Having lived in Mexico, I can vouch that these are the authentic taste of Mexican street tacos. Oh and the music...seriously good taste. Can't wait for my next visit x
