Kfc - Wixom

I cannot decide what was worse; the chicken or the customer service at this restaurant. Every time I have tried to order freshly cooked chicken, I have been served old, hard, and overcooked meat. This particular location is the worst of all, and today will be my last visit. I am warning you all, if you want good chicken, do not choose this restaurant!

We ordered 125 pieces of chicken from this restaurant for our daughter's Open House graduation party. The chicken was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party raved about how juicy it was. Tahnia arrived early to prepare the food for us and was incredibly helpful from the moment we placed our order to the day we picked it up. We will definitely be relying on this restaurant and Tahnia for our future party needs.

I ordered a 12-piece dinner, expecting to receive 3 chicken breasts as specified on the receipt and menu. However, there were no breasts included in the meal. This was disappointing as some members of my family only eat white meat. Additionally, the chicken was old, burnt, and tough. The sides, labeled as "large," were actually very small. This experience left me feeling unsatisfied and let down by KFC. I had previously recommended this location, but now I am embarrassed by my endorsement.

We love the flavor of KFC and we have been satisfied with the Wixom location. However? WARNING: Be aware. The last time we ate there we received a few packets of Honey Sauce. We didn?t use them then and I thought I would use them on some toast just the other day. First, the packets were so hard to open I could only squeeze the sauce out with difficulty and getting it all over my fingers. Second, something just didn?t taste right. I should have know when the titlecalled it ?sauce? and not pure honey. I love honey and this tasted awful. The ingredients are: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, natural and artificial flavor. Next time we visit there, I will not ask for the honeysauce and I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe they have jam for their biscuits.

1st I was told that it was policy not to serve mobile orders through the drive through, but that is the purpose of a mobile order to me...not to have to get out of my car. 2nd I understand that I ordered extra crispy, but I was expecting some chicken to go with the breading. Absolutely dry and not much meat. I was actually looking forward to eating my coleslaw for a little moisture, but alas...it was made without dressing. Cabbage and carrots without dressing was verydisappointing. At least the biscuit was good...but that's supposed to be dry!!
