Feedback gevenI waitress Amanda was the absolute worst. There was a long wait for the food which I would normally consider fine. What killed it was her super rude and condescending attitud I tried to order more drinks and water as she came to the table. The wait for food is one thing, I can handle that. I can even handle the place being too busy, for proper service. But the unbelievable bad attitude, the eye rolls and general disrespect I got for her, I can not let go. I won?t ever come back just because of this experience.
Ellen was our waitress and we had a GREAT LUNCH! We started with goldfever boneless then I had the Vermont burger. The food was excellent and the service was even better Pepsi not Coke, I?ll be back for the free ?!!
Not what I would expect from 99. Usually I don't post reviews but when I opened this chicken finger plate I was just so disappointed that a franchise as big as the 99 Restaurants or any restaurant would pack a plate so skimpy as this one.
Stopped in on Monday the 25th to ask about catering orders, a gentleman at the counter, Joe(? Answered all our questions about placing an order and how big everything was platter wise. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up placing a large order of the Boneless Gold Fever and Buffalo Wings... 2 of my favorite dishes from the 99. Can't wait to go back enjoy them when we actually sit done. But everything was ready on time after I placed the order online and was able to pay in person. Thanks to everyone at the 99!!
I have never had a bad meal at ANY of the 99 Restaurants. I've been many times, for MANY years. Many. I enjoy the menu, and how they update it often. The staff is super friendly!!! Auntie and I were comped here just because Aunties French Fries weren't hot enough. At the time they weren't allowed to bring the food back to the kitchen, so they got Auntie a fresh plate of food, and comped our meals. Wonderful. We are definitely loyal customers!
