Costa Coffee - Woking

Called in here to Costa for a hot chocolate and really wished we 'd chosen somewhere else. Went to the cloakroom before our drinks were ready and was dismayed at how dirty the 'cleaning in progress ' in the loo was. When you see something like that you then can 't but help but look elsewhere to see if anything else is the same. Well we didn 't have to look far. The tray that our chocolates were served on was filthy. As for the chocolates, they tasted ok but the description should have read luke warm because they certainly weren 't hot! An experience not to be repeated.

The staff make Costa Coffee great and make me want to go back there. They are all so happy and friendly, especially the manager! All of the team know what they're doing and work really well together, meaning the service flows Always get served very quickly! I love their chicken and bacon toasties, and the hot chocolates are good value.

I want to give credit to all the staff at this restaurant for always being happy and friendly, providing fantastic service consistently. They even have my coffee ready for me by the time I reach the checkout! Excellent job from the hazelnut latte guy. Top marks!

Having been to an event that did not turn out as expected, we decided to stop off in Costa and relax with a cold drink. The staff were warm and friendly and the service was quick once we had ordered. It being late in the day after most shops had shut, the café was quiet and so the staff insisted on us sitting down and their bring the drinks over to us. We were both impressed at this gesture. The cold drinks were very tasty.

Call here two days each week as it's very close to a company I work with. Standard Costa fare but staff try hard to be friendly and helpful which is worth a lot. Nice and spacious with comfortable seating including out door. Highly recommended for that quick capuccino and a muffin!
