Was totally ignored by someone in the back room knowing crackers, who never even acknowledged the fact he had seen after looking me straight in the face, plus never calling anyone to serve me, by luck a lady appeared like the shop keeper from Mr Ben as I was about to walk out. We order a few weeks ago waited 2 hours for the food. The only thing we could eat with the spring rolls everything else was vile. No refund but offered a discount next time we order. Expect why would we order when we spend nearly £40 and couldn’t eat anything expect the spring rolls! I would avoid this place Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Ordered from here many times and usually fine ... never again. Rude, and questionable food hygiene practices. Ordered vegetarian Singapore noodles as part of the order (as well as a tofu dish . Husband collected them and the noodles had prawn and chicken in! Phoned to complain at first the guy kept saying we'd not ordered veggie (a lie, husband repeated it 3 times on the phone! , they laughed, eventually agreed to send round correct dish in 10 15 minutes half an hour later driver arrived. He refused to give the correct dish before we handed him back the incorrect dish!!! What were they going to do with it?! Serve to someone else?! It was £5.
