The Rowbarge - Woking

Just had a fabulous afternoon at the Rowbarge. Great food, great service. 5 stars from us.

Visited for Sunday lunch with kids. Service was friendly and portions were generous. Nice to have a more family friendly pub open again in the local area with good food. The play area is a great addition. Will definitely be returning!

Went here for lunch and was really disappointed with the food. One of us had the grilled chicken sandwich which was advertised as a sourdough sandwich. When it arrived at the table it was the roast chicken, Brie and caramelised onion pizza folded in half. Unappetising to look at and equally to eat. The Caesar salad had way too much dressing. The Ale battered fish and chips was OK. The best part of the meal was the wild berry crumble. As I live locally I thought I would try the place, however I will not be going back and I’m sorry to say I will not be recommending this place to others.

It was a quiet lunchtime on a Tuesday. We were made to feel very welcome, my squid starter was exceptional.
