Sonic Drive-in - Wolfforth

Horrible customer service. They brought out the wrong drink, wouldn’t answer the call button so I called them by phone, they apologized and never brought the drink.

We were told the food doesn’t look the same as the picture, the burger we got had no lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. They would not fix the order and add the vegetables after we told them the order was wrong. Then we were told they were too busy to help us.

Excellent carhop was the best part dude was super polite

Our food was soooo cold the cheese wasn't melted. I order it Rt44 Dr pepper and got a medium. I had to pay the difference for their mistake. The fries were cold we threw the food in the trash. Won't go

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant on our way home. We had a pleasant experience with our carhop, Chris, who was friendly and accommodating. We asked for additional condiments, which he gladly brought to us with a positive attitude. As we sat to eat our dinner, we observed the hardworking staff who all had great attitudes and smiles on their faces.
