Wonder from the main path into the woodland and you can experience the beauty of the Forest. Remove your shoes and allow your bare feet to connect with the Earth. Connect to the mycorrhizal network. The sacred connection beneath your feet that we’ve been so long disconnected from. Enjoy the silence, peaceful bliss and feel the 21st century syndrome float away. It’s such a shame these sacred forests are so sparse. Once, enormous areas of this land were vast forests where our ancestors lived in small communities at one with nature and the old ways. I highly recommend you spend more time in the forest and read about the benefits to yourself, physically, mentally and spirituality.
Loads of parking. Cafe has plenty of seats, just one member of staff running the whole show of serving, drinks and food so it can get a bit slow
My husband and I visited the cafe today. We had two large lattes and 1 cheese scone and 1 fruit scone £13 We were not impressed at all. The latte was luke warm and the scones were not fresh..and felt stale. In comparison to other cafes that we regularly visit as we run and cycle...we would not return
Have visited this cafe previously and had a good experience. However, we went to the cafe today after a walk, the cafe was very quiet and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I have experienced. Very rude member of staff, no manners what so ever. Would not recommend or return. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
