*Warning* heads up they now appear to be adding a service charge to all bills. Being going here for almost 20 years but last night was our last time. Prices have gone up which we understand but adding a service charge is taking the Michael. Lost a longstanding customer for being greedy.

Stone cold! Waited for 2 hours for delivery then received order stone cold! Shocking! Been using this Chinese for years but never again!

My family ordered a vegetarian take away and 1 fish dish (all but 1 of us is vegetarian). We had put all the food in our plates and realised they had give us a beef curry instead of a veg curry (we couldn’t tell at the time as it was covered in curry sauce). One of the family members went to ask for a refund for the whole takeaway as we had mixed the food in our plates, meaning would couldn’t eat it (photographs were taken) (we are a Hindu family and do not eat beef). He was told by the lady when he asked for a refund that he was very rude for asking, and the man who came out referenced his intellect if we couldn’t tell the difference when putting it on our plates. No apologies were given, instead they said he can have a partial refund, but they would never serve him again. Is this how you treat your customers when you have made a mistake??!! Shocking, given that we have used them for 14 years….a sincere apology would solved the matter.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have been going here since I was 5 years of age. (39 years . I never thought I would end up writing a bad review. Taken money for food that was not delivered at all. Nothing offered when I called to complain. I will not recommend this place to anyone no more. Shame as I know of an awful lot of people who have gone here because of me. So please take this as genuine as I actually learned from the previous owners how to actually learn how to use chop sticks.great people. Shame they are no longer the owners. As these people do not care about customer service at all. They are living of the backs of the previous owners that for sure.

First time visiting tonight for my uncles 60th birthday and it was fantastic. We had the set menu and there was so much food and every dish was delicious! The service was fantastic, the staff are lovely and friendly and our every need was catered for. I cant wait to visit again soon.
