Feedback gevenI ordered takeout from this restaurant on Saturday. The pizza was delicious and we saved some to eat the next day. We got the party deal which included a free bottle of Pepsi. The kebab and chips were average and a bit expensive.
If I could have rated a zero I would of!! I order a large donner and fries and a large donner in nann bread all I can say is for what I payed the portions were barely enough to feed my two year old on top of the potion size the food was also stone cold and rock hard I phoned the restaurant to be met with rude staff telling me I 'm lying about the food I requested that they come and collected the food so they could see for themselves and I was told 'at least i had received it ' and was told they were not going to do anything about it I requested a refund and was denied that also I will never order for this restaurant ever again
When we called to voice our concerns, the man on the phone was very stressed and insisted that we had ordered it that way, which was not true. He then said it would take another 2 hours to replace the order if we wanted. We declined and he promised a good discount on our next order. We ended up throwing the food away and having noodles instead, feeling like we wasted our money. The next time we ordered, after spending around £50 for 2 deliveries, the "good discount" was just a free bottle of coke that comes with orders over £20 and an extra £1.50 off. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but this experience was disappointing. When I called to complain, the man started swearing at me. I will not be ordering from here again unless there are new owners.
Overall this is a nice place to order take aways when they can deliver on time a lot of the times we have received food late with missing sauces and salads portions are really small now compared to before and yet it's still the same food. I recommend you order over the phone and collect or eat in as food it pretty tasty customer service skills are needed by all workers and they can come across rude at times.
The wrong meal was delivered. We called, we were told to wait ten minutes while they checked (I know the difference between chicken and lamb) and they would call us back. We were told we wouldn 't be given any more food as they were closing. Was I expected to eat the phone call? He then hung up. We called straight back to ask for a refund, and the shouted 'what language I speaking to you?! ' among other niceties. He refused to bring the correct order as they were closing. We then asked for a refund, and he refused. I don 't think that simply throwing any old food in a box without reading the order amounts to good customer service. Nor do I think I should be made to pay for food I did not order. Fifteen minutes later (after I had ordered from elsewhere) he decided that they were sending the correct meal. Odd since we had clearly asked for a refund. Won 't be eating from there again, God knows what would end up in my meal!
