Buyer beware. Make sure to keep thorough records and document everything in writing by sending emails. My ordeal has been ongoing since February 15, lasting six months. I received the wrong order and spoke with JJ, who told me to keep what I received and promised that my correct order would be delivered the following week. However, nothing ever arrived. I reached out to her three or four more times; she recognized me each time and referred to me as Maureen from Cliffside Park. Each time, I was given new excuses and delivery promises. By April, I was unable to reach her by phone anymore. I emailed asking for a refund but received no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, which issued a credit. Then JJ had the audacity to deny my request and provided delivery confirmation that, of course, was for the incorrect order. The credit card company then reversed the credit. I had to reopen the dispute and provide additional information and proof. Eventually, the credit card company reissued the credit. JJ, your customer service is abysmal. People who want to purchase your product should not have to endure what I went through to get their money back when you fail to deliver. I never wanted to resort to leaving a review, but you have left me no other option.
If you're willing to risk being charged without receiving your order, then go ahead and place an order! It's been 12 business days, and despite my attempts to email and reach out to them, my order still hasn't shipped. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and never faced these issues; the only other problem I had was when I ordered four bottles but only received two, and they didn’t respond until I had to involve my credit card company to get a refund. The product is excellent, but the customer service is terrible! It's such a shame!
I ORDERED FLOUR CRACK IN APRIL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. WHEN I CHECK MY ORDER FOR A STATUS IT SAYS NOT FOUND. i DON'T MIND THE WAIT BUT AT LEAST RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES.
I placed an order on 4/21 and have emailed and private s messaged numerous times with no response. Order to date has not been received. When I call there is no answer and no Vm and line just disconnects after a few rings. As I read the other reviews I see several people having same issue. I understand you are moving to a new location. I would just appreciate a response so I know whether to wait a bit longer or expect a refund.
