Mob Burger - Wood Ridge

I placed an order on Grubhub at 12:27 AM and waited until 2 AM, but my order never arrived. The restaurant was uncommunicative and did not answer the phone after an hour of waiting. Fortunately, Grubhub processed a refund for me, but I’m really disappointed with this experience.

The burgers here are incredibly delicious. You definitely have to try the donut burger—you won’t regret it! The service is friendly and helpful, so if there’s an issue with your order, they’ll take care of it. If possible, avoid ordering through UberEATS or GrubHub; it’s worth it to dine in and enjoy the experience on-site.

When my food finally arrived, I noticed that a dessert was missing. I felt guilty about calling again, so I considered letting it go, but my husband decided to reach out. To our surprise, the staff came directly to deliver the dessert themselves, even though we had ordered through Grubhub. They were so sweet and caring throughout the whole process. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be returning, and next time, I think I'll just go in to order!

Ordered a well done patty on a mob burger and fries, picked it up and got home and it was half-raw. Hahaha. If they were making me cook their burger maybe I should give me a cut of the profits too. Disgrace. More like sad-burger

This Place has horrible customer service . Won't be ordering any more. They make there mistakes, seem like your fault. Spent over a hundred dollars. Called about a detail they left out. When you order chicken tacos plain nothing on them . They still addcilantro. My son hates cilantro. They wouldn't correct the mistake. for not mentioning that the chicken taco plain, still comeswith cilantro. Manager is extremely rude and abrasive. Has no intention, on retaining loyal customers. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT LIKESUPRISE INGREDIENTS. Ok, the owner responded. All, I wanted that night . Was for my son's order to be correct. Withoutcilantro. Nothing more. I never asked for a refund. It was never about the money. Just wanted my son to enjoy his meal as we alldid. I spent over a hundred bucks that night on my order. What would a refund for one item would have gotten me. Nothing. Instedthey tried flipping things around, like we messed up. when we placed our order. Then Refusing to send another. The managementshould have handled this differently.
