Feedback gevenI ordered from Libby’s BBQ through GrubHub and was charged immediately at 6:48 PM. I received a notification confirming my order and stating that it was being prepared for delivery by 7:40 PM. However, at 7:37 PM, I got another message notifying me that my order had been canceled due to an unavailable item. Fantastic. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a full refund, even though I had already been charged for an order that was canceled just moments before it was supposed to arrive. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from Libby’s BBQ again.
**Sliced Brisket:** The brisket offered a delightful smoky flavor and had just the right amount of fat, making it incredibly tender and enjoyable. I felt no need to add any sauce. Rating: 8.2/10 **Baked Beans:** The baked beans arrived at the perfect temperature and had a sweet flavor reminiscent of canned versions. Although they were decent, they didn’t have any unique elements that would truly elevate them. Rating: 6.5/10 **Cole Slaw:** The coleslaw had a sweeter profile. The cabbage and vegetables were well chopped, but the dressing was a bit overwhelming for my liking. Rating: 6.0/10 **Potato Salad:** I really liked the potato salad, especially the addition of egg and the fact that it wasn’t overly drenched in mustard. Unfortunately, I discovered a red string at the bottom of the cup, which caused me to stop eating it. It’s a shame because the flavor was excellent, but finding something foreign in food significantly impacts the experience. Rating: 5/10 (it would have rated a perfect 10/10 otherwise) **Mac and Cheese:** The use of penne pasta was a creative touch that I appreciated. While I typically prefer a spicier mac and cheese, this had a pleasant cheesy texture and was baked well, though the pasta was slightly overcooked. Rating: 7.7/10 **Overall Experience:** My meal from Libby’s was enjoyable. While it didn't completely impress me, I would consider ordering from them again in the future. It's worth mentioning that this review is based on a GrubHub delivery, so I can't provide a score for the in-store experience. **Overall Rating: 6.9/10**
I ordered through DoorDash and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the delivery was prompt. Everything was accurate, and my meal arrived warm. However, it did come in a Ruby Tuesday's bag with a Ruby Tuesday's receipt, which was a bit confusing. Despite that, I absolutely loved the pecan pie, along with the ribs and sweet potato fries. Personally, I think the ribs could use a little more sauce, but I tend to ask for extra sauce everywhere I go. Overall, I think the average person would be very happy with their meal. Lol.

The overall quality of the food was underwhelming, particularly the pasta and potato salad. The prices were relatively steep, especially for the desserts. There was significantly less pulled pork than what was advertised, and the buns that were listed on the menu were not provided either.
