Feedback gevenThe manager is very unprofessional at this spot. I had a paper coupon but she refused to take it because she wanted me to show my paper purchase receipt. I didn't have one because i made that order online. I never had this issue in other McDonald's. However, on this coupon, it showed what I ordered and even my name. And then, I ordered my food with app, however, they didn't even give me a recipt at all. It is just such an irony. If i could give 0 for their service, I would do it.
The posted dining room hours are until 10pm on Fridays, but at 9:12 all the doors were locked, leaving customers still eating inside unable to reenter. One customer even ran out to his car and was locked out from rejoining his wife at their table. Why would they close early on a Friday night?
People who work here are rude no self respect they hire people sometimes who can’t even speak enligish I was very calm and kept my cool asked the lady what hot drinks do you guys have and she straight up told me to my face drinks and started yelling saying “you don’t know what drinks “ will never buy from here again they don’t know how to treat customers with respect
I ordered a hot and fresh breakfast sandwich, but despite requesting no cheese, I was still charged the same as one with cheese. While this is common practice at some places, I was surprised to be charged an extra .15 cents for extra butter on my sandwich. The fact that this McDonald's charges for butter seems petty. Due to this lack of courtesy and additional charges, I will not be purchasing a sandwich from here again.
Sad slow food, no one has been properly trained to move quickly.
