Sheetz - Woodbridge

I just stopped in to get what I wanted, but there was no interaction with anyone. The staff seemed too focused on their tasks to even say hello.

I encountered a rude employee who became quite upset when I refilled an ice cup and insisted that I pay for another one.

I usually enjoy visiting Sheetz, but this particular location was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt off, and the customer service was lacking. On July 23, I stopped by for a quick breakfast and discovered that the mini-donettes I purchased were already past their expiration date of July 18. I should have checked, but I didn’t expect that to be an issue. This was actually the first time I encountered problems at this location, although I do recall an incident from several years ago when I ordered a burrito that had a roach in it. I honestly don’t know why I decided to look, but sure enough, it was there. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unbothered by the situation. I recommend being cautious if you visit this place.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I frequently visit the five Sheetz locations in the Lake Ridge and Dale City areas. Unfortunately, this is by far the worst for tobacco products. I feel like I’m taking a gamble whenever I stop at this store. I’ve made the mistake three times of believing that they would have restocked their shelves, only to find them empty. My advice? If you don’t want to be left empty-handed and feeling foolish, make sure to visit the Sheetz locations on Hillendale, Caton-Hill, or Prince William Parkway instead.
