Subway - Woodbridge

I have come here multiple times before 11pm and each time they claim to be closed, despite their closing time being 11. I even called today and asked what time they closed and the employee on the phone said 11, but when I came in at 10:20 I was told they were closed. If the closing hours are actually 10 then they should change the time on the website. Very disappointed. This is the Subway in Walmart.

The Good: Service was fast, we didn't wait at all and the food was still warm when we sat down to eat. The shop was clean and looked neat with the updated decor. The Bad: Service wasn't too friendly, neutral at best. An ingredient I asked to leave off my sandwich wound up on my sandwich anyway. Worst of all, the bread tasted day old 10am. The Other: It struck me odd that the bin of onions were sitting on top of the veggie line, but maybe they were at too low a temperature; I can't be sure either way.

I am waiting for my order since last 10 minutes but there is a guy who is at the cash register making count in the middle of the day when he should be doing that before opening or after closing. I dont knw how long will it take but I am very disappointed in their service.

I Feel if your unhappy with your work environment why even work there, the lady who helped me seem so unhappy and I felt like I was making her do something she didn?t want to do, I was happy that she went and got the manager to help me out because his attitude was much better and upbeat that?s the only reason I?m giving this a 3 start, if I had her I might have not even ordered my food, I really don?t feel like eating I might just give it to the homeless guy sitting outside...

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Walked in at 7:55pm to order a sandwich. Door states that they close at 10pm google shows that they close at 8:30pm. As soon as I walked someone from the back screened ?We are closed?. Why is your door open and unlocked like you are open for business. Don?t go this location just keep going to the other location less than a mile away at 13850 Smoketown
