Vocelli Pizza - Woodbridge

My man and I ordered a steak stromboli each. that sounded so delicious that we both thought. we paid $9 almost $10 per piece. the price was fair enough. we waited 15-20 minutes to prepare them. we got our food. hot and it looked and smells so good. can not wait to take a bite and taste the wonderful taste. I cut the ends first. all broth, but very good for broth sticks. now for the middle-OMG! seriously! steakems! they still do that. no real steak, no taste at all. So we paid $21 and left a tip. you should be ashamed because you tear us off. What a fraud! we will never use them again. trust me that we'll tell others.

Quality and taste just okay. Nothing to brag about.

I have ordered here often, almost weekly. They’re fast and the drivers are always friendly. Sadly, this is the first awful experience. I ordered at 5:30 pm. I received a text that it was out for delivery at 6:15 pm. Another 30 minutes goes by after the “out for delivery” text and I called asking for the status as it normally doesn’t take that long. The person over the phone said the driver was very close and there were only 2 other deliveries. I live 2 miles from Vocelli and checked to see if there was any traffic causing the hold up. Nothing. After 45 minutes, I decided call and cancel. I will be watching my credit card statement closely to ensure I’m credited, as the caller said I would. He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, which I decided not to bother. Their pizza is very good, but I refuse to order from them again as there are more pizza shops nearby. It’s also a Thursday evening...I would probably expect this very long delay on a Friday or weekend.

I ordered an hour and a half ago... was delighted when I got a your driver is on the way email 45 minutes ago... still waiting... person who answered the phone at the store was perfectly unhelpful...considering my house is 5 minutes away from the restaurant, I am only left to wonder how cold everything will be when it's finally delivered...1 star for past orders...zero stars for this order...Update: food arrived after 2 hours (should have read the comments) and everything smells and tastes like cigarettes...I won't be ordering from this restaurant again...

Very unprofessional!! Thieves!! Left my food outside on the floor and insects got into it!! No one knocked on my door. I informed the sales associate of the issue and he did not offer a resolution.
