Feedback gevenThis is the first time I've reviewed a wedding hall. I generally am not a big fan of weddings but of course go to support friends/family and sometimes nothing more than acquaintances. This past weekend I happened to be at my second wedding reception at this facility with the previous event being an acquaintance and this time a fairly close friend. I had a great time on both occasions and a lot of that has to do with the bar tenders (Frank and Hector.) They managed the bar well, were really personable and just overall great. This was an Italian wedding and the food was amazing, I'm sure the couple had to pay quite a bit more for lobster tail as it was generously served. At the antipesto bar they had two fishes wrapped in a circle beautifully presented, you picked off the meat you wanted. Never seen that before and aside from being cool to look at practical in terms of serving yourself I have a tough time describing it but it was a really cool way to present fresh fish. Great venue. Only negative note which is not specific to this hall but I have to attend so many weddings in the 905 I really as a toronto downtowner hitting these suburbs for weddings really adds to the cost of taxi/uber if you plan to drink. I really wish these banquet halls would offer the bride and groom some sort of contract bus service to a subway station (or the airport which has good 24 hr ttc connections) I mean weddings are so over priced, it would be nice if the couple offered up some reasonable way to get back to Toronto. It's not even easy to get home if you lived in Vaughn.
We got married on June 24, 2017 and booked this venue well over a year in advance because after looking at the whole package there was no comparison to any other banquet hall. Since the very beginning the staff where very friendly, helpful, always available and not pushy. I booked the venue with Samir who is a fantastic salesperson and I recommend him to anyone. My coordinator was Jennifer and she was fantastic as well, always on top of things. The day of the wedding everything was perfect and the food was out of this world. All the guests where so happy! They can also work with any budget so ask. The only thing to be aware off is the in house DJ is very pricey and the sound hooking fee is the most expensive of all the places I saw $(495 $20 tax - they said they where raising it for the next year.) and you can't use any lights if it is not through them and that is also very expensive, so budget extra for this part. Aside from this, the venue is a dream, the staff are amazing and the food is out of this world! You will not regret this choice, and booked the decorator the venue uses (Rosemary) she is very affordable, talented, and amazing in every way!
Several negatives about this place. The dishes and the glasses were dirty before we even started eating. Glasses had lipstick on them, the dishes were greasy. The antipasto was OK, pasta was Ok, risotto was good. The steak was fair.
I recently had my Office Holiday Party here and we were all blown away that we're still talking about it 3 days later. The bartenders were fantastic and the food was delicious! Not to mention the food looked beautiful as well. The coordinators leading up to the event were so on top of every detail and made sure we were well informed of the process. They truly listened to our every request and it sure came out flawless. I will definitely be returning here.
Celebrated my son Matteo's baptism at Chateau Le Jardin in the Le Parisine Room. I hosted my daughters baptism a few years ago and again they went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for us. Food and service were fantastic. Jennifer was wonderful to work with so caring and attentive. All the staff were so professional and went above and beyond to make me happy. My son had a wonderful baptism and we look forward to hosting my neices s communion at Chateau Le Jardin in the spring.
