Your customer service reps are lying to your customers. 7:25 ordered single pizza, estimated 50-55min delivery 8:47 called customer service to ask where pizza is. Male agent with Spanish accent tells me my order has been dispatched and will arrive anysecond. 9:17 store owner calls and apologizes saying there was an issue with their printer and they didn't receive theorder. Clearly the rep was lying and didn't bother looking into our order at all. Probably just a line the rep feeds all thecustomers to get them off the phone so he can go back to browsing his Twitter on the job. Had the rep done his job we wouldn'thave had to waited over 2 hours for our dinner.
Location on south mill way and collegeway I'm Mississauga have the same old careless attitude. Ordered large special three toppings hardly any on the pizza. Breaded wings with honey garlic sauce on the side, no sauce. Third time happening. I am sodone with this company. I use to make an effort to go every Sunday there was a employee named Mohammed, always made pizza good,I never had issue. Only worked on Sunday now he is no longer there, makes u wonder why
We ordered from Pizzaville on Friday March 12, 2021. Our family just started ordering take out a few months ago being abundantly cautious during the pandemic. The evening was very windy and we opted not to use contactless delivery. In respect for thedelivery person prior to answering my door I always put on a mask and sanitize my hands. I opened my door to find their deliverydriver standing a few feet, maybe 2 or so in front of me at my door with no mask on. I'm now forced to have a close interactionwith a person breaking basic public health regulations, their own corporate safety protocols and they are mere inches from beinginside my home. Already upset about the interaction I come inside to find both pizzas I ordered were horribly burnt (we neverask for well done pizza but even if we had this still wouldn't have been acceptable pizzas), my kids absolutely hate burnt food.I took a photo and contacted customer service. Their solution was a twenty dollar credit for this experience. In honesty maybe4-6 slices of pizza where salvageable I paid 50 dollars for 6 slices of edible pizza and to be in close contact with a persondisregarding basic COVID-19 safety measures. At a minimum a full refund should have been given. My question here, if theirdrivers show up at our homes without basic precautions do you really think they're cooking the food in a safe manner whilstbeing in private? My faith in your company has been lost. I was a very loyal customer. Thankfully Papa Johns has now opened upclose by and offers an amazing pie.
The worst customer service possible. Condescending, incompetence, complicating matters instead of solving them. A sense of completely making you feel like you are bothering them. Used to be a fantastic company, but just horrible now. I asked toescalate an issue and made to feel my business was not wanted so I will take it elsewhere after 25 years of being a loyalcustomer at many locations. Garbage corporate organization. Harsh words but sadly deserved.
