Teriyaki Experience - Woodbridge

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a fantastic experience here. Went with my parents and we usually go to the other location on highway 27. The food was way better here and had more vegetables in the dishes. Staff were very nice. Will be going back!

Never disappointed with the high quality super tender juicy beef with fried udon noodle and extra protein (tofu). The ginger sesame balance is just perfect , not too salty, with a nice savoury tang to it. Always quick friendly service.

Everyone was super polite...really quick tasty meal I only miss the daily deals they used to have but great spot for a quick bite.

I had lunch here last week. I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate and asked for extra rice. I was told it was a $1.50 charge. For $1.50 I can buy a WHOLE bag of rice. Would it be too much to put an extra tablespoon of rice on my plate? That would make the difference between coming back here or not. To top it off, they put rice on my dish and weighed it and put some rice back into the rice cooker as it must have been over weight. Can you believe that? How cheap can you be as a restaurant owner to try to save on rice? I sent my comments to their head office and to date, no one has replied. Their parent company is Innovative Food Brands (IFB) in case they read this. Definitely not worth the $14+ that I paid. The place can also use a good cleaning as it doesn't appear as though they clean it too often. Based on so many one-star reviews, head office should really step in and make some changes if they want to protect their brand.

Great place. Knowledgeable people. Love the baked goods, and my dehydrator is now running full time with apples.
