The service was quite poor. It seemed like there was no manager or supervisor present. I don't understand why they continue to operate like this.

In 2023, the wait time was a bit longer than usual, and the service at the drive-thru was just average.

The coffee consistently tastes stale and burnt, and my orders are frequently incorrect. Additionally, the staff tends to be unfriendly. Overall, it’s never a pleasant experience.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this location. The service is subpar. The coffee consistently has a chemical taste, almost like it’s been cleaned with a cleaning product. Most of the staff, with the exception of one person, have unhelpful attitudes and don’t appear to be well-trained.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and I definitely can't recommend it. To make matters worse, I found a long black hair in my chicken bowl when I ordered it on June 17, 2023, at 4 PM. They really need to train their staff on proper hygiene practices!
