Have you seen Fawlty Towers? Well we ordered and waited 25 minutes for our food, during this time we experienced a person turn up to collect, no record of order, customer explained they were asked to pick it up at 7:50 but they couldn’t find the order, customer left without food. Then someone took an order and came back 5 minutes later because it was completely wrong, at this point I thought I better check where our order was, having seen numerous people come in order and leave with their food, miraculously it wasn’t too long after this it was ready to take away. And these are the standout moments, there were others. Amazing to see such confusion and disarray, quite entertaining. The youngest girl behind the counter was doing her best and we felt for her, very kind and polite. Food was OK. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Consistently disappointed with the food. Service always very pleasant though. It’s the only Chinese in what is a gorgeous Market Town. In my opinion, food is low end quality small portions. It’s not awful, but unless you absolutely have to have a Chinese, and can’t travel to Wickham Market eat something else. Opportunity missed! Called in on Saturday night. 7.45 Only 2 people dining.the Crown and the other restaurants were all busy. Soon found out why. The temperature outside was dropping fast' after a nice day. no heating on. Staff friendly thats all. Waited ages for our drinks ...4 staff 2 customers ?. Sticky tables. Worst of all food not even average. A nice inglenook fireplace blocked off. Decor very dated. NEVER again.

Very very bland overpriced tasteless food. Very small portions. Don't give them your money go elsewhere. Service: Take out
