The sandwich was delicious, and the cashier was kind enough to explain the ingredients to me since I haven't visited a JJ in quite some time. I came in with a headache, so I wasn't very focused and forgot to ask for hot peppers. However, they provided me with some extra peppers on the side, which truly brightened my day. Plus, there's a Tesla supercharger nearby. Food: 5/5.

Usually, this wouldn't seem like a big deal—it's just a sandwich—but when you're traveling and eating in the car with kids, it's not easy or convenient to cut a sandwich on your own. If they had simply said no, we could have ordered something different. However, when we received our food, there were only four sandwiches, meaning the Giant was cut into two pieces instead of three. I went inside to inform them of the mistake, reiterating that I had confirmed multiple times that they could cut it into three pieces. The employee at the counter asked, "So, what do you want us to do? How do you want it cut?" I replied that I wasn't sure, but I needed three pieces, not two. She took the sandwich back reluctantly and cut each piece in half, giving me four pieces instead. When I pointed out that I now had four pieces instead of the three I had asked for, she quickly replied, "Sorry, we didn’t hear you correctly through the drive-thru. Have a nice day," and walked away. The other employees just stared at me, offering no alternative solutions or assistance. Frustrated and not wanting to deal with this any longer, I left. I assumed that since I had confirmed my request multiple times, they would simply remake it correctly. Instead, they seemed indifferent to losing a customer. I'll never return to this location again, not that the employees will care. My visit was on Sunday, July 23, 2023, around 3 PM, and the employee was a girl with dark hair. This is the first review I’ve ever written because I usually don’t bother, but this experience was particularly frustrating and left me feeling poorly treated. I hope management takes note of this.

This Jimmy John's is one of my regular lunch stops when I am on the road. This location has a drive through which is super convenient. Great Sandwich!!!Food: 5/5

Overall JJ is good food. I order delivery almost once a week but lately the fountain drinks are watered down and tasteless.. I guess I will stop ordering fountain drinks
